We work as a subcontractor to roofing companies handling reroofs across Surprise. The panels and racking come off on the roofer's schedule, get stored during tear-off, and go back up once the new roof is complete. The roofing company stays in control of the timeline; the solar side just has to be ready when tear-off starts. That arrangement works the same on a single reroof or across several homes on the same street. Coordination happens before tear-off starts, not after panels are already sitting on the ground, and it works the same whether it is one job on one roof or several jobs running back to back through the same subdivision.

It is worth checking on a system every so often even when there is no reroof anywhere in sight. Homes near new construction tend to collect more dust than homes in fully built-out areas.

Do I need to hire you separately, or does my roofing company arrange it?
Either way works. We are hired directly by roofing companies as a subcontractor, and we also work directly with homeowners coordinating their own reroof.
Will the system be checked before it's reconnected?
Yes. The system is reconnected and confirmed producing as the last step of the job, before it is considered finished.
