We handle the solar side: DC shutdown and lockout, panel and racking removal, labeling and staging, remount with new feet and flashing, reconnection, and confirming production. Your crew handles the roofing side: tear-off, decking, and the roofing material itself, including detailing the old mounting penetrations into the new roof once we have shown you where they are. Neither side has to guess where the line is, because it is the same line on every job. That division gets set on the first job and does not get renegotiated on every one after it, so your foreman and our crew are not having the same conversation on every roof.

Photo Documentation for Insurance Claims
Every removal and reinstall is documented with before-and-after photos, formatted for an insurance claim file instead of a phone camera roll. If the reroof is tied to a storm claim, that documentation is built to go straight into the file your adjuster is reviewing, not reformatted after the fact. That includes the condition of the roof deck under the array, which is often the detail an adjuster is actually asking about. Photos are organized by the property address and your job reference, so there is no separate filing system for your office to learn.
